I am a software professional with 4 years of exp in an MNC,India.
I got a job offer in Dubai. Salary is 12000 AED .
Company will provide medical benefits but no housing and transportation provided.
Is it a good package ? Please suggest.

Whether or not 12000 AED is a good package depends upon many factors.
Assuming you are single yet, and you go in for bachelor sharing accomodation, then you should ba able to save a substantial amount. Once again that depends upon your habits etc. If you like to party, then 12000 AED is a small amount. If you are wise and want to save, then it;s a big amount. Hope you get the idea…
